We are a compassionate family-owned Medicaid Agency based in Sandy, Oregon, with a rich history of field work experience dating back to 2010. Our mission is to empower individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities by providing tailored Employment Supports, In-Home Assistance, Community Inclusion Support, and Life Skills training, all geared towards helping them achieve their self-directed goals.

Our agency is proud to be contracted with the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODDS), Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Oregon Commission for the Blind (OCB), and Oregon Department of Disabilities. We offer a range of services tailored to support individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities in achieving their employment goals.
Service Rates:


Attendant Care and Group Supports $23 per hour

VR & ODDS Employment Supports: $25.00 per hour

OCB Personal Assistant: $25.00 per hour
